Rigging Installation Dismantling & Refurbishment Services

For more than 25 years RJC have consistently carried out numerous rigging services, including installation and dismantling projects, for a varied selection of notable clients throughout the UK and Worldwide.

These services include

• Installation of tower and mast foundations
• Installation and/or the dismantling of towers and masts
• Installation and/or the dismantling of aerials & feeders
• Microwave Dishes, Tropos, Rhombics, HLPAS, RLPAS, Sector Aerials, UHF, VHF etc.
• Site clearances
• Supply of installation and strengthening steelwork for towers masts
• Mast stay replacement and tensioning works
• Site surveys and CAD drawings to client design specifications
• General tower and mast refurbishment works including replacement or additional bolts, platforms, ladders etc.

RJC have a dedicated highly trained and certificated rigging workforce led by some of the most experienced managers, engineers & site foremen within the industry. This base of expertise enables RJC to tackle all aspects of rigging contracts, from the most simple to the more challenging projects.

Recent works include tower strengthening works on numerous sites for NGW/Arqiva, which involved survey, drawings, supply and installation works. We have also recently carried out tower strengthening and aerial OMS works for Balfour Beatty on the high profile Crystal Palace tower for Arqiva. These works involved the installation of tens of tons of steel and several thousand bolts which all needed to be on site drilled and fitted.

For VT Communications we recently carried out stay replacement works on two of their more prestigious sites on mast structures ranging from 100 metres to 150 metres.

Recent dismantling works included the removal and disposal of a 60 metre mast on a sensitive cliff top location for NGW, including all aerials foundations and buildings and including finishing landscaping.
